All other terms and conditions of Taylor Morrison's Houston Division's Broker Referral Policies & Procedures (per community) as of 6/1/22 and Broker Bonus Addendum (as applicable) (collectively, the "Current 2022 Commission Program") shall now apply to the above and serve to replace the Prior 2022 Commission Program in its entirety. Additional limited time incentives/bonuses, if any, will be as separately set forth in a Broker Bonus Program Addendum to the Broker Agreement. All other terms and conditions of Taylor Morrison's Houston Division's Broker Referral Policies & Procedures (per community) and Broker Bonus Addendum (as applicable)
shall apply to the above. All distributions of commissions must be paid at Closing to an actively licensed Texas Broker and reflected on the Closing Disclosure or settlement statement (as applicable). Broker solely responsible for all applicable taxes. **Limited time Broker Commission Bonus offer of up to $5,000 is valid on select new Taylor Morrison Houston area Community ("Eligible Community") inventory homes only ("Broker Bonus"). For eligibility: Broker's properly registered client on first visit to the Eligible Community must enter into a new home contract as of August 1 - August 31, 2022 ("Broker Bonus Promotion Period"),
and close by December 31, 2022 and is only valid on inventory homes that contract during the Broker Bonus Promotion Period in the above-identified Taylor Morrison Houston area Eligible Communities only that meet the above requirements (collectively, the "Eligible Homes"). Additional details and restrictions may apply and select Eligible Homes subject to prior sale. Broker Bonus not deemed valid on ineligible to-be-built homes, homes contracted that close outside of the applicable Promotion Period above or with any other advertised promotions, incentives and/or offers and no substitutions permitted, except as expressly set forth in a
separate writing. Broker's Commission cannot be used to reduce the purchase price of the home. No team sales; only individual Selling Agent may qualify. Broker solely responsible for all applicable taxes. All other terms and conditions of Taylor Morrison (Houston)'s Broker Referral Policies & Procedures apply ("Broker Policy").
