*As
of the Purchase Agreement Date and for a limited time only, Contract
Deposits (as defined for the purposes of this Promotion to only include
Earnest Money Deposits) shall be $99 (“Promotion”) for all new cash or
financed buyers entering into a new Houston Area Quick Move-in Home
contract in Raburn Reserve Community only (“Eligible Community”) as of
9/15/24 - 9/30/24 (“Promotion Period”) that can close on or before
10/31/24 (each, an “Eligible Home”). Not valid on to-be-built homes at
Eligible Community, at any other Community outside of Eligible
Community, for any homes outside of the Promotion Period or any home not
satisfying all other closing date and eligibility criteria
(collectively, the “Ineligible Homes”). Reduced Deposit is unrelated to
and distinct from any finance incentive, does not require use of
Seller’s Affiliated Lender, and is available to all regardless of who
you choose to finance with or if you pay cash. For financed buyers, all
lender guidelines apply.
**At closing, Seller agrees to pay up to $15,000 towards Temporary
Buydown Fund, closing costs, pre-paids and/or discount points
(“Promotion”). Valid on new home contracts entered as of 9/15/24 -
9/30/24 on all eligible homes in Raburn Reserve community that close on
or before 10/31/24 (“Promotion Period”). For eligibility of above
finance Promotion only, Qualified Buyer must (1) pre-apply with Taylor
Morrison Home Funding, Inc. (“Affiliated Lender”) by visiting Taylor Morrison Home Financing homepage prior to submitting offer to qualify for the Promotion; (2) utilize the
services of Closing Agent selected only by Seller and finance with
Affiliated Lender; and (3) satisfy all other closing date and
eligibility criteria (each, an “Eligible Home”). Seller reserves the
right to modify the Promotion’s terms and/or Promotion Period at any
time prior to contract. Buyer is not required to finance through
Affiliated Lender and/or to use such Closing Agent selected by Seller to
purchase a home; however, Buyer must use both the Closing Agent
selected by Seller and finance through Affiliated Lender to receive this
Promotion. Interest rates and available loan products are subject to
underwriting, loan qualification, and program guidelines. Maximum seller
contributions apply. Not to be combined with any other incentive offer,
except as otherwise expressly set forth above or in an Incentive
Addendum to the Purchase Agreement. Other restrictions may apply.

***Limited time Broker Bonus offer of $5,000 ("Bonus") valid on any cash
or financed new home contract entered as of 9/15/24 - 9/30/24 on a new
Houston Area Quick Move-in Home contract in Raburn Reserve Community
only (“Eligible Community”) and such Eligible Home must close on or
before 10/31/24 (“Promotion Period”). For eligibility, only valid if:
(i) actively licensed Texas Broker/Agent personally accompanies and
registers its client with the Taylor Morrison Community Sales Manager on
client’s first visit to the Eligible Home’s Community; (ii)
Broker/Agent personally accompanies its client on the showing of the new
Quick Move-in home; (iii) Broker/Agent’s properly registered client
(other than Broker/Agent) must enter into a new cash or financed

and (iv) Client’s Quick Move-in home must close on or before 11/30/24
(each, an “Eligible Home”). $5,000 Bonus (depending on Eligible Home
selected) plus Three Percent (3%) Standard Commission payable to Buyer’s
Broker based on the Base Price of each Eligible Home, as defined in the
paragraph of the Purchase Agreement entitled “Purchase Price” as of the
Purchase Agreement Date (collectively, the “Total Commission”).
Additional details and restrictions may apply and all Eligible Homes
subject to prior sale. Broker Bonus not deemed valid on homes contracted
outside of the applicable Promotion Period above or with any other
advertised promotions, incentives and/or offers and no substitutions
permitted, except as expressly set forth in a separate writing. All
other terms and conditions of Taylor Morrison’s Houston Division’s
Broker Referral Policies & Procedures (per community) and Broker
Bonus Addendum (as applicable) shall apply to the above. All
distributions of commissions must be paid at Closing to an actively
licensed Texas Broker and reflected on the Closing Disclosure or
settlement statement (as applicable). Broker solely responsible for all
applicable taxes. Broker’s Commission cannot be used to reduce the
purchase price of client’s home. No team sales; only individual Selling
