Complimentary refreshments catered by LOS 3 MEXICANOS MEXICAN BAR &
GRILL, and promotional items provided by D.R. Horton, and are available
on a first come, first serve basis, while supplies last. Participants
assume the risk of participating in any activities. Comparable retail
price of prize is approximately $300, consisting of a total of one
Amazon Echo® Show ($300 retail value). Each attendee will be entered in a
drawing to win the prize. Winners to be selected by random drawing
at 2pm on 02/11/2026. Need not be present to win. D.R. Horton has
final determination on eligibility of winners. Quantities are limited to
the amounts noted herein. Must be a licensed real estate agent or
broker in Texas and over the age of 18. Attendees are not required to
purchase goods or services, pay any money, or submit to a sales
promotion effort as a condition to attend this event or win a prize. Up
to $10K BTSA (above regular commission) valid on select D.R. Horton
homes in New Waverly Station that contract between 02/11/2026 and
03/17/2026, and close by 03/31/2026. BTSA is earned and paid at closing.
Offer valid on new, full price contracts and does not apply to
transfers, cancellations, or re-writes. Buyer cannot have previously
registered with D.R. Horton. BTSA incentive may not be used in
conjunction with any other bonus or incentive. Agent must present BTSA

Eligibility cannot be transferred. If buyer fails to timely close for
any reason other than Seller default, broker will only receive the up to
3% co-broker commission subject to all conditions and stipulations in
the contract. Any amount paid by D.R. Horton cannot exceed the amount
agreed to in the broker’s compensation agreement with buyer and may be
subject to caps imposed by buyer’s lender. Employees and family members
of D.R. Horton are not eligible for this promotion. Additional
