This 2-hour elective course is taught by Kerrie Saeger. In this course, you will learn about the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI) the various platforms that realtors are currently using, and how it can be used in the real estate industry. You will learn how to leverage AI to enhance your real estate business, including how to get the most out of ChatGPT. By the end of this course, you will have a solid understanding of how AI and ChatGPT can benefit your real estate business, as well as practical knowledge on how to implement these tools effectively. You will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to stay ahead of the curve and maximize your success as a realtor in today’s rapidly changing market.

Directions: From I-10 Exit 734 for Woods Road. Turn south onto Woods Road. If you are traveling from the Houston/Katy area, this will be a left turn over the highway. If you are coming from San Antonio/Sealy, it will be a right turn.  Drive south on Woods Road for approximately 2.5 miles.Turn left onto Tamarron Parkway to enter the community. Turn right onto Tamarron Crossing. Turn right onto Barrymoor Trace. You will see the model homes in front of you.
